Thanks a lot, we are having a problem with the light source for negatives not being updated, when we try to do daily set up for negatives, it stops halfway, can you assist |

- Clean light source path carefully (Lamp, AFC, glass of scanner, etc.). - Change new Scanner Lamp. |

| no error number, it prints film but when negatives are pulled into scanner, and the frames appear on monitor, we have to manuallly scan and forward each frame of negative,the machine does not scan negatives automatically, it waits for us to forward each one. |

| It maybe cause by damaged rollers on AFC or spoiled sensors. |
