I don't know what happened, or why it happened but I now have a yellow "ghost image" on all of my prints. It's almost like the yellow color is out of alignment with the rest of the color. I've run emulsion checks, black balance adjustment, paper gamma setup and exposure lighting intensity setting and nothing has corrected the problem.
On each of those prints there is a strip of color along one edge (about 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch wide) is a remarkably different color than the rest of the print. On the Emulsion check, paper gamma and exposure light intensity the left side is various shades of blue that go from light to dark with the rest of the print.
On the printer profile calibration printout it is various shades of blue and fading to lavender at the very bottom.
The Black Balance Adjustment printout is a bit different than the other printouts because it is the right side of the printout that is a different color than the rest. Mostly shades of blue fading into purple at some points.
Also the "black" arrow at the top of the print is two distinctly different arrows. One dark blue and the other (which is about 1cm - 1.5cm over) is yellow.
On pictures of people you can still make out faces and everything but the color isn't right and it has that yellow ghost image on it.
I would LOVE any advice. I'm new to this and no one where I work knows what on earth to do with this machine. It's pretty much up to me to save the day. I'll happily send pictures if you would like!

yellow shift problem is due to bad B-AOM. just replace it with new one and you will be fine.

Try swapping the blue AOM signal processor with the red one. If this solves the problem the AOM signal processor is faulty, and will need to be replaced.
If you now get a 6073 error, the AOM signal processor is definitely faulty.
If this makes no difference, the chances are the blue laser is worn out, meaning the laser unit will need to be refurbished or replaced. |

| Any tips on where I could find 4-pin digital connector on BLUE AOM to check if it is plugged in or not.. Also, how would I go about swapping the blue AOM signal processor with the red one. I have the red and white noritsu manuals but they aren't incredibly helpful. |
