Have a QSF 430L that won't fully power up. When I turn on power switch get a bunch of squares on LCD display. Circulation pumps will work if I hold in breaker. All lights on main board light up except for bottom two. No lights on relay board. Have had problems lately of machine all of a sudden shuts off and then back on randomly. Today....nothing.

Not quite sure what you mean SR1, fuse, relay? Top right corner of the relay board?

If you have changed both the CPU and relay boards, there must be a problem with voltages going to the boards.

On the CPU board check there is 5V DC between TP1 & TP2, 24V DC between TP4 & TP7, 5V DC between TP5 & TP7.

On plug J/P3 pins 5 & 6 should be 8V AC.

Other possibilities are something is shorting out somewhere, try unplugging connector J/P15 that goes to the loading box.

Try unplugging the display/ keyboard connection and see if the machine starts heating up the chemistry.

Are you sure the boards you have replaced are good working ones?
