Check the float switch on the Fix 1 tank is moving up and down freely, and is clean of crystals. If the float switch is OK (Check in input check refilling level) there will be a problem with the water re-filling pump. |

It means either the level is too low, or the float switch has got stuck.
Remove the chemical filter pot from the sub tank, look in the hole and you should be able to see a black rod with a white float, poke with a screwdriver and check the float moves up and down freely with the level of the liquid. |

Measure the output of the Fix1 water pump, by going into Mode, Replenish/Refil Water, Replenishment, Pump Amount Setting & Pump Amount Measurement.
Measure at least 3 times to get an average reading.
If the measured value is significantly different from the value set, the poppet valves on the pump may need to be replaced. Also check that the inline filters are not blocked.
If you top up the fix 1 tank manually does the fix 1 refill level go to 'on' in input check mode? |

Check the Fix1 float switch is moving fully upwards. If the float switch is moving freely, and still not showing 'on' in input check mode when the float is pushed fully upwards, the float switch will most likely be faulty.
The machine will keep trying to refill with water as it relies on the float switch to go to 'on' to tell it to stop refilling. |

Check the connector plug of the float switch is not corroded etc. If you move the float to the very top by hand does it go to on in input check mode? Was the float switch you replaced a new one? |

| Probably the used float switch is faulty then. |
